We organize events for a multitude of clients and many times vendors are needed. We help our clients fill their vendor events with dependable vendors by offering them a list of approved vendors that fit their needs. Our approval process takes the stress off our clients and we are able to suggest vendors with great reputations and great reviews. To apply to become a Approved Vendor, click on the link below and fill out the application. Application approval may take 7-14 days. By filling out this application, you agree to participate in a background and reference check.

The process is simple. Just click the link below and fill out the application form. We will review your application and you will receive an email within 7-14 business days with our decision. If approved, your business will then be placed into our Approved Vendor Directory. Then whenever we have an event that your business qualifies for, we will add you to an email mailing list offering you a space at the event. At that time, all the information about that event will be included in the email including location, date and time, vendor fees, how many spots are available, etc. Our approved vendors will be offered space before we open vendor registration to the public. You will then have a limited time to register and claim your spot at the event. You are welcome to accept or deny any offer for any event. You are never obligated to attend any event that is offered. Every business who applies to become an approved vendor must provide a detailed list of your products as well as a minimum of 3 photos of your products and display or booth. Also, please include a clear head shot of all employees who will be working at your booth. We require all employees to submit to a background check. Once you choose to accept an event invite, you will receive an email with an event contract. This form must be signed and returned and event fees must be paid within 48 hours to hold your spot.
